These are the character rules for this site:
-Your character can be human, or a poke-morph.
-If you are a Poke-morph, then you can only be a baby or unevolved pokemon, that is not rare. You also can not be a morph of a pokemon with only one evolution stage, unless you PM me and get my permission.
-To be a rare poke-morph or an evolved poke-morh, you MUST prove yourself to be good at role-playing, and you MUST PM me and get permission.
-You can also be a pokemon that you created, but you need to PM me first.
-When you are a pokemon or poke-morph, there may be some special instances where you can use your powers, or you could be your "first" pokemon, and be the same level as the other begginer pokemon would have.
